1. Mix your MCT Wellness into a full, 10 oz. glass of water.

You can adjust the water up or down to meet your taste preference — but we recommend 10 as the right place to start. Plus, staying hydrated is essential for keeping your digestion smooth, and your energy even throughout the day.

2. Take MCT Wellness at the same time every day.

Remember: Consistency is key for long-term results that last! So do your best to stay on top of your regimen — and if you miss a day, don’t stress. Simply take it as soon as you remember. (One easy way to do this is to set a daily alarm as a friendly reminder.)
