"I am pleased with this. The first day that I took the 3 capsules, I felt my stomach and bowels grow quiet. I have trouble with acid, and the aching was gone. I'm not too hungry. My intestines feel much better. Is like to lose 5 or 6 lbs, but I need to stop having a cookie with my cookie, I guess. I weigh 138 lbs which is not to heavy, but I want to lose my little belly.
