    Every morning I mix a teaspoon of Polyphenol Pearls and cacao in my coffee and then blend in my mini blender. It comes out frothy and creamy. Sometimes I pour it over ice for iced coffee. It’s a perfect way to get a big dose of polyphenols and olive oil with the benefits of cacao.

    Growing up in a Greek household, I understand the emphasis on olive oil. What I didn’t understand until reading Dr. Gundry’s books is how critical extra virgin olive oil is for flexible veins and arteries and perhaps more importantly brain health. The Pearls offer a mechanism to quickly, in a teaspoon a day, get those polyphenols to the brain. I will throw them on a salad, in cottage cheese, or simply eat them by the teaspoonful if I’m in a hurry. Thank you for the innovative product.
