CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 requires certain companies to provide disclosures regarding their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains. We at Gundry MD™ are proud to conduct business with suppliers who share our high ethical standards of conduct.

Verification:

From time to time, we evaluate our supply chain with respect to a number of factors, including, but not limited to, each supplier’s business practices and conditions and any risks of human trafficking and slavery. These assessments may be conducted by our internal regulatory and supply chain team or by third parties on our behalf.

Supplier Audits:

Our internal regulatory lead conducts audits of our suppliers to ensure compliance with our manufacturing standards. If our agent has any reason to suspect that a supplier is not complying with slavery and human trafficking standards, Gundry MD shall immediately address the issue with the supplier.

Internal Accountability:

Gundry MD’s employees are expected to adhere to its Company Code of Conduct and to comply with any and all applicable United States laws and regulations. Any violations of the Company Code of Conduct are promptly addressed by our Human Resources personnel.

Training:

Gundry MD continues to provide its regulatory and supply chain team members with information on slavery and human trafficking, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chain.
