4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random within five (5) business days following the close of each Promotion Period. Winners will be contacted by Instagram message, Facebook Direct Message or by Email within ten (10) business days following the close of the Promotion Period. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, GundryMD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either select an alternate winner or not award that winner’s prize. GundryMD decisions regarding all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of winners are final.
5. Prize: The winner will receive a variety of GundryMD products, with a combined retail price of approximately $100. All prizes will be shipped to the winner via Fed Ex Ground or U.S.P.S Ground. GundryMD is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged mail. Prizes lost or damaged in mailing will not be replaced.
6. Agreement to Official Rules: Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes a participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Each participant further consents to be contacted by GundryMD in connection with the Sweepstakes, and grants GundryMD the right to use and publish the participant’s proper name online or in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes.

8. Choice of Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) in Los Angeles County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes.
9. Miscellaneous Conditions: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the United States. Sweepstakes entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be disqualified. GundryMD has the sole discretion to terminate the Sweepstakes at any given time, or to amend these rules at any time for any reason. In the event of an early cancellation, GundryMD reserves the right to award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.
