See It Now

Is “working out” fun for you? Well, it can be challenge to get motivated for sure. However, we all know exercise is vital for your health.

It keeps your body young and strong, improves your sleep, makes you happier, boosts your energy, burns calories…The problem is, most of us view it as a chore.

So how about we change that?

I want to show you a simple exercise anyone can do at any age…And I guarantee you’ll have a gigantic smile from ear to ear while doing it.

It’s called rebounding.

It’s a gentle exercise where you lightly bounce on a mini trampoline:

You can get these cheap. I got mine at a Target for under $30!

Here’s why I’m recommending this exercise:

  • It increases endorphins — your “feel good” hormones
  • It helps your circulation
  • It improves your posture
  • It boosts your energy levels
  • It reduces stress

Plus, it’s easier on your joints than jogging — or even walking — on hard surfaces. Not to mention, it’s great for your lymphatic system, which carries vital nutrients to all of your cells.

And best of all, the exercise is extremely simple.

How to Rebound*

1. Stand on your mini trampoline with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Bend your knees and lightly bounce up and down.
3. Do this for one minute. Rest for one minute.
4. Repeat this two more times.

Fun Fact: NASA scientists swear by this exercise. They use it to keep astronauts in peak shape. 1

*Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program.

You might want to try this exercise in front of a mirror… so you can see yourself and that big smile. 🙂

Personally, I try to do this once a week. The laughs alone make it worthwhile. Have fun!

Looking out for you,
