I just wanted to let people know that ProPlant complete ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD! That may not seem like a big issue, but for me, that is a major battle. If it doesn’t taste good, then that makes it difficult to consume no matter how good it is for you. This product really tastes like chocolate..no aftertaste..during or after consumption. I have not taken it long enough to actually feel a difference but I wanted people who were skeptical about the taste to NOT worry. Like I said …if it tastes good….I can give it a legitimate trial. Go for it……try it……. I AM ! Besides…if you don’t believe me…you can always return it.

I agree with other reviewers in that this is absolutely the best flavored chocolate shake I have ever tried. I am still experimenting with ways to use/enjoy it so I have not had the shake consistently enough for a long enough period to say that I can see how it’s working for me. However, I do use Vital Reds daily (sometimes more than once a day). I love VR and am seeing good results. I have not given Complete Shake enough time or consistency to say much more on that.
