Why Polyphenols?†*

The diverse array of superfoods in Gundry MD Primal Plants, like gymnema sylvestre leaf, mulberry leaf, fennel seed and broccoli, are foods high in polyphenols, a vital micronutrient. They play a HUGE role in everything from digestion to energy levels to helping your body run smoothly.1

And unless you’re eating dozens of different fruits, vegetables, and other foods high in polyphenols every single day, you’re probably not consuming a wide variety of these micronutrients. In my opinion, they’re the most powerful thing most people aren’t getting in their diet because 80% of Americans just don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables.2

Until now, it was difficult to enjoy all the benefits of polyphenols unless you spent time and money sourcing rare ingredients, and spent all day eating fruits and vegetables, nonstop. I wanted to make it easy for you to experience the power of polyphenols in your own home.

*All individuals are unique. Your results can and will vary.

And with Gundry MD Primal Plants you can drink your polyphenols in your own kitchen –– and it tastes delicious!†*

Simply mix a small scoop of Gundry MD Primal Plants into water, green tea, or any beverage you’d like, and enjoy the crisp, refreshing green apple taste. It’s that easy, and I’m certain you’ll love it.

Just one glass a day goes to work on your body from the inside out, helping revitalize your skin, ease your digestion, and giving you an energy boost…and that’s just the short term benefits. Over time, Gundry MD Primal Plants will help stock your system with the vital nutrients it needs to perform at its peak.

And it’s not just the polyphenols…Gundry MD Primal Plants ingredients actually make up 4 unique formulas in one supplement.

Superfood Greens Blend

A superfood greens blend with 11 of the most powerful vegetable polyphenols to help boost your energy and refresh your skin.*†

Metabolic Enhancing Blend

A metabolic-enhancing blend of 6 unique ingredients designed to support metabolism and energy levels.*†

Digestive Support Blend

A digestive support blend of 2 powerful digestive enzymes and pectin to help you get the most energy from the food you eat.*†

Probiotic Blend

A probiotic blend featuring 4 of the most powerful probiotic strains, each which may play an important role in helping to balance the gut.*†

*All individuals are unique. Your results can and will vary.

Gundry MD Primal Plants: 4 Unique Blends†*

A Digestive Support Blend with 4 strains of probiotics to help reduce gas & bloating and help you enjoy your favorite foods with less digestive discomfort.

Cinnamon Bark

Cinnamon Bark, not to be confused with cassia, found in a lot of cinnamon-flavored foods is one of the most POWERFUL sources of antioxidants in the human diet.4

And in my opinion, it’s one of the most important natural ingredients for health and well-being.*

Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense vegetables on Earth. It’s high in fiber, and it’s one of the foods high in polyphenols, including quercetin6 – which may have powerful antioxidant effects.*

Broccoli is a member of the cruciferous family of vegetables, which I think are some of the most important vegetables for health. And cruciferous vegetables are rich in glucosinolates, sulfur-based compounds with a strong connection to human health.7*

A Metabolic-Enhancing Blend with 7 unique thermogenic ingredients to help naturally support fat-burning and weight management.

Bitter Melon Extract

Bitter melon (Momordica charantia) is a tropical shrub with potent antioxidant effects. Bitter melon extract showed useful benefits on body weight gain and fat disposition.7, 8*

Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract contains large amounts of polyphenols…but it’s in my formula because it helps support fat-burning. In fact, the active compound in green tea extract, EGCG, has been shown to help you acheive your weight loss goals.9, 10, 11*

This 3-ingredient blend is small but mighty. It features two of my favorite digestive enzymes, fructo-oligosaccharides and bromelain, along with pectin. Here’s why they’re important:

Digestive Enzymes

Digestive Enzymes actually occur naturally in your body14, but many of us need a little help from time to time. That’s why I included two of the most powerful enzymes, fructo-oligosaccharides and bromelain in this formula – to help assist digestive function.*

Pectin is a powerful kind of dietary fiber that serves two roles in digestion: It feeds the healthy probiotics in your gut, and helps ease digestion.15 It may even help your body absorb vital nutrients like calcium more efficiently.16*

To make Gundry MD Primal Plants even more powerful, I turned to something I’m very excited about: PROBIOTICS.

Probiotics play a role in many areas of your health, from mental health and energy levels, to skin and immune function, to digestive health.17

Even more importantly, I’ve seen the impact of probiotics in person…in my own patients. I can see their vitality, their energy levels, on their faces.

And that’s why the Digestive Support Blend in Gundry MD Primal Plants contains 4 unique strains of probiotics – L. acidophilus, B. lactis, B. coagulans, and L. reuteri. – at 3 billion CFUs, or colony-forming units of beneficial probiotics.

*All individuals are unique. Your results can and will vary.

Gundry MD Primal Plants ingredients are 100% natural and pure. The formula is tested for quality and purity at an independent, 3rd-party facility. However, as a physician I recommend consulting with your own health care provider before beginning any new program.

Simply mix one scoop of this powder into a beverage of your choice — water, iced tea, juice — and it’s ready to go. Drink just one glass a day on a consistent basis. The formula digests easily so you can take it with or without a meal, whenever you’d like.

As a physician, I know that individual bodies can react differently to the very same compounds. You can read Primal Plants reviews for first-hand accounts of how the supplement has worked for others.

Even though most people can benefit from the polyphenols and probiotics in this formula, I’m aware that results can vary. So, if you’re unsatisfied with this product for any reason whatsoever after a full 90 days of use, I’ll return your purchase price, no questions asked…guaranteed.

5 out of 5 Love It!

    Wow… Worth every penny!
For the last 2 weeks I’ve been taking Primal Plants every morning with water and I started feeling great! I have more energy throughout the day and I even feel stronger at work which is vital because my job is very physical. Will definitely reorder.

  2. Mary Revell

5 out of 5 My skin feels soooomuch better!!

    Mary Revell

I was desperate… it’s the only reason I would spend this much money on a product. My skin was like tissue paper. I try to manage my hypothyroidism and now in menopause that added to brain fog. For the last 2 months – every morning I drank this PRIMAL PLANTS. My skin is flexible again..It looks and feels better and my brain is clearer too. I have not lost weight but I havent gained any over the “Chiristmas and New Years winter season” But the best result is my skin is NOT SUPER DRY. I used expensive and inexpensive creams topical skim hat did very little except block pours and cause “black heads” This “inside out” drink works. and I am sooooo grateful! Wish it were less expensive; but it is worth the money.

5 out of 5 Primal Plants

I haven’t been taking it consistently enough to notice a dramatic difference, but I do recommend putting it in a blender bottle and adding more water than suggested if you think it’s too sweet. When I mix it in a cup, it sinks to the bottom and the consistency isn’t appealing.

5 out of 5 Love those Primal Plants

    valerie steele

Primal Plants is great. I take it every morning in my green smoothie from your book. I have to say I also use some of the other products but before I started drinking the green smoothie I would just drink the primal plants straight. I have more energy, feel great and my skin looks great. Sleep better and not as many hot flashes. I attribute all of that to the Primal plants and the other products too. Thank you Dr. Gundry for Primal Plants and your book. I tell every one about your book and Primal Plants.
