They are fat free, freeze dried clusters seasonal cherry & sperarimint clusters with bits of apple and apple pectin — delicious. The Chocolate MD are individual small one or two bite great tasting sugar free dark chocolate bars with Resveratrol.

      I am a self-professed notoriously naughty snacker. But not ashamed. That said, Dr. Gundry’s Spring Medley is far and above the best snack ever. It’s an unusual (unexpected) blend of tart, a bit sweet, and refreshing. I never thought I’d describe a snack as refreshing. But that’s exactly the apt description. Not to mention energizing.

      I love to hike and often bring dried fruit and nuts along. Spring Medley has replaced my usual boost. My relatives, also avid outdoors persons, dug the blend and wanted to know where to get it.
