HomeKind Total Air Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Filter Continuity Program Terms
These Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Filter Continuity Program Terms ("Terms") apply to the HomeKind Total Air™ air purifier (the "Product") purchased directly from Gundry MD or its authorized sellers. This document describes the warranties and service benefits available with the Product, including the included 1-Year Limited Warranty, optional Extended Limited Warranty, and a special warranty-maintenance benefit available to customers enrolled in the HomeKind Filter Continuity Program. Participation in any optional program described herein is voluntary and is not required to obtain or maintain coverage under the included 1-Year Limited Warranty.
1. Included 1-Year Limited Warranty
1.1 Coverage Period
Each HomeKind Total Air™ purifier includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of purchase (or shipment, if later) and lasting for twelve (12) months (the "Standard Warranty Period").

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

2.1 Availability
Customers may purchase an Extended Limited Warranty at checkout or at any time during the active 1-Year Limited Warranty period.
2.2 Coverage Period
The Extended Limited Warranty begins immediately after expiration of the included 1-Year Limited Warranty and extends coverage for an additional 2 years.
2.3 Scope of Coverage
Coverage under the Extended Limited Warranty is identical in scope, limitations, and exclusions to the included 1-Year Limited Warranty described in Section 2.
The Extended Limited Warranty is optional, applies to a specific device, and is not transferable.
3. Filter Continuity Program – Warranty Maintenance Benefit
3.1 Program Description
The HomeKind Filter Continuity Program is an optional filter replacement subscription service. As a special benefit of enrollment, customers who maintain uninterrupted participation in the program may continue warranty coverage for their enrolled HomeKind Total Air purifier beyond the expiration of the included or extended warranty.
This benefit is not a condition of the included 1-Year Limited Warranty and is offered separately from the sale of the Product.
3.2 Warranty Maintenance Benefit
Customers enrolled in the HomeKind Filter Continuity Program receive a Full, Unlimited Warranty Benefit for their enrolled HomeKind Total Air purifier.

3.3 Eligibility Requirements
The Unlimited Warranty Benefit remains active only while the customer maintains continuous participation in the Filter Continuity Program under the required terms. Specifically:
If the subscription resumes within the 30-day grace period, the warranty benefit resumes. If not, the warranty benefit permanently expires.
3.4 Events Causing Expiration of Warranty Benefit
The Unlimited Warranty Benefit will immediately expire and revert to the applicable standard or extended warranty (if any remains) if:
Once any of these conditions occur, the Product reverts to the remaining applicable warranty coverage, if any, and no warranty benefit will apply after expiration.
3.5 No Retroactive Coverage
Enrollment in the Filter Continuity Program after expiration of all applicable warranty coverage does not reinstate or revive warranty coverage.
4. Filter & Consumables Policy
Used or Opened Filters
Used, opened, or installed filters cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened Filters
Unopened filters are eligible for refund if:

Defective Filters
Filters found to be defective within 30 days of delivery will be replaced at no cost, including shipping.
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Device Only)
The HomeKind Total Air™ purifier is protected by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee when purchased directly from HomeKind.

Customers will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable shipping fees and the cost of replacement filters if the filters have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the device back to us.
If the included replacement filters are still sealed, unused, and in their original packaging, no filter replacement fee will be deducted.
Filters & the Money-Back Guarantee
Filters are consumables and are not refundable under the Product’s Money-Back Guarantee once opened or installed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GundryMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the HomeKind Total Air™ purifier. Your remedy for breach of any warranty on the HomeKind Total Air™ purifier is limited to the warranty service described above.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties relating to your HomeKind Total Air™ purifier, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability or the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
