About

Gundry MD
Riced Cauliflower

This lectin-free rice alternative makes it possible to enjoy a light, fluffy bowl of “rice” right at home… without the host of health problems.

Not only is my riced cauliflower as tender as rice, with the same chewy feel — it also picks up the flavor of anything you add to it, making it a great way to replace rice in any dish (hot, cold, as a side, or served otherwise).

Gundry MD Riced Cauliflower is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy:

  • A kitchen stocked with tasty, easy-to-prepare “rice” (minus the lectins)
  • A healthy alternative to whole grains and gluten
  • An easy way to incorporate more cauliflower into your diet — which is low on calories but very high in vitamins, minerals, and gut-boosting fiber

I prepared this in the most basic way, microwavIng with water, olive oil and salt for 2 minutes, and somehow it actually tasted better than fresh riced cauliflower! For me, the taste and convenience is worth the extra cost.

This is now one of my favorite Dr. G Food products. Love, love, love the taste, texture and ease of preparation. This is a product I will always keep on hand in my
pantry. My first time preparing I used the recipe Dr. G recommended with the Rosemary and garlic. Wow, a real taste treat so consequently I make a large batch and have it everyday, sometimes twice a day. An awesome aide to digestion and making all systems operate in high performance zone.
Thanks, again, Dr. G for constantly looking after all of us. Take care, Kathleen R

Delicious! However, because it is pricey, want to try ricing fresh cauliflower with my food processor and then roasting or steaming it.
