    Rolled Hazelnut Babka
    Ingredients Amount
    Bread Dough
    Multi-purpose Bread Mix 1 Packet
    Granulated Sugar Replacement (1:1) 1/4 Cup
    Sea Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
    Vanilla Extract 1/2 Teaspoon
    Nutmeg, Ground 1/4 Teaspoon
    Whole Eggs 4
    Egg Whites 2
    Butter, Unsalted, European, Melted 1/2 Cup
    Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon
    Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
    Egg Wash (1 Whole Egg + 2 Tbsp Water) Optional
    Chocolate Filling
    Cream Cheese 1/3 Cup
    Heavy Cream 1/3 Cup
    Chocolate Chips, Sugar Free 1/2 Cup
    Cocoa Powder 2 Tablespoons
    Cinnamon, Ground 1 Tablespoon
    Granulated Sugar Replacement (1:1) 1/4 Cup
    Coconut Oil 1 Tablespoon
    Hazelnuts, Roasted, Rough Chopped 1/4 Cup
    Prep Instructions

     

    Dough: Combine all ingredients (except the egg wash) in a large mixing bowl. Mix ingredients until a homogenous dough is formed. Allow dough to rest for about 15 minutes at room temperature. Roll out dough on a piece of parchment paper until about 1/2" thick.

     

    Chocolate Hazelnut Filling: In a microwave safe bowl, combine cream cheese, chocolate, and coconut oil. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds or until chocolate is completely melted. Chocolate mixture can be melted over a double boiler on the stovetop. Add remaining ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined. Allow mixture to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Spread cooled mixture onto sheeted dough. Very carefully roll the dough with chocolate filling. Place roll onto a parchment lined baking sheet and lightly brush egg wash on surface.

     

    Bake at 375F for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cheddar/Chive Drop Biscuits
    Ingredients Amount
    Multi-purpose Bread Mix 1 Packets
    Baking Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
    Garlic, Minced 1-2 Cloves
    Whole Eggs 2
    Sour Cream 1/2 Cup
    Butter, Cold 1/4 Cup
    Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
    Goat's Milk 2/3 Cup
    Chives, Chopped 2 Tablespoons
    Prep Instructions

     

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until dough combines into a large ball. If product appears crumbly, remove dough from food processor and hand knead until dough combines into a single mass. On a parchment lined baking sheet, spoon out 1 Tablespoon portions onto the parchment with about 1.5" space between each biscuit. Bake in a conventional oven at 425F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Bagel
    Multi-purpose Bread Mix 1 Packets
    Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon
    Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Teaspoons
    Buffalo Mozzarella, Shredded 2 Cups
    Whole Eggs 3
    Egg Wash 1 Egg + 4 Tablespoon Water
    Everything Seasoning
    Poppy Seeds 2 Tablespoons
    Sesame Seeds 2 Tablespoons
    Garlic, Granulated 1 Tablespoon
    Onion, Granulated Or Flakes 1 Tablespoon
    Sea Salt 1 Tablespoon
    Rosemary, Dried 1 Tablespoon
    Prep Instructions

     

    Everything Seasoning: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until ingredients are evenly distributed. Set aside.

     

    Bagel: In a microwave safe bowl, melt the Buffalo Mozzarella for 45 seconds on high. Stir, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until all the cheese is completely melted. Allow cheese to cool for 1-2 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 packet of the Multi-Purpose bread mix and baking powder. Stir until ingredients are evenly combined. Then, add in the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and melted cheese into the mixing bowl. Mix until ingredients are homogenous (this may require you to continue to fold the dough by hand if the cheese begins to cool). Portion dough into 2 Tablespoon-sized portions and roll into bite-sized balls. Brush the individual pieces with egg wash and gently press one side of the dough balls in the Everything Seasoning. Place on a lined, baking sheet about 3" apart. Bake in a conventional oven at 425F degrees for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
