Do you want to live longer while enjoying life? Me, too. And what we eat can steer us both toward accomplishing that goal. All we need to do is look at the diets of others. Particularly, others who live long, healthy lives consistently. I call them longevity foods.

And Italians are among the best in the world at living long and living strong.

Now, I’ve been to Italy a few times…And it isn’t all pizza and pasta there. Not by a long shot. That’s just a stereotype that has prevailed here in the States.

The truth is, Italian cuisine is more versatile than that. And there are a few delicious, longevity-boosting staples that the healthiest Italians always eat. I’d like you to get these longevity foods on your shopping list this week.
