“They’ll boost your immune system.”

“They’re heart-healthy, and they’ll also protect you from cancer!”

The problem is, none of this is backed up by any kind of science. In fact, goji berries are not only ineffective… they’re actually harmful.

They contain a specific plant protein that breaks through your intestinal wall and sets off a chain reaction in your bloodstream, putting your body’s systems on high alert.

As a result… your digestion, hormones, waistline, and immune system are all suffering at the hands of these little red sugar-bombs.
